I'm Dr. T
With over 30 years in higher education, I've watched countless people struggle to answer one simple-sounding question: "What do you actually want?" Ask it, and the honest answer is usually smaller than the person asking it deserves: "I just want a good job." Not because that's really all they want. Because somewhere along the way, they stopped believing they were allowed to want more.
I believe every one of us is uniquely gifted by God, created with purpose, and designed to thrive in alignment with His calling.
As a Christian woman who has served in ministry, I've sat with many people who quietly abandoned their dreams under the guise of "godly contentment" believing that because God can use anyone, anywhere, it didn't matter whether they ever stepped into what they were actually made for. That's true. God can use anyone, anywhere. But I've come to believe just as strongly that His design for each of us is not random. It's intentional. It's purposeful. And it's worth pursuing on purpose, not settling for by accident.
Armed with over a decade of academic study in leadership development and the growth of adults and organizations, I'm dedicated to helping people uncover their God-given talents and step boldly into their calling. My work is about moving people beyond complacency,helping them rediscover the dreams they set aside, and equipping them to lead lives that
glorify God while fulfilling their unique potential.
WHY I BUILT A FRAMEWORK, NOT JUST COACHING
I didn't set out to become a coach who just talks people through their feelings, and I didn't set out to become a strategist who just hands people tactics. I set out to build something that does both, in the right order, every time.
That's not a marketing choice. It's a credentialing one. I hold a Doctorate in Leadership and Higher Education, advanced degrees in Human Resource Administration and Adult Development, and I'm a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP). Over three decades, I've studied — and lived — how adults actually grow, how organizations actually develop leaders, and how easy it is for good people to stay stuck when their growth has no structure to hold it.
That's why Mynd Structure isn't built on inspiration alone, and it isn't built on tactics alone either. It's built on The Renewed Structure Framework — five stages, grounded in Scripture and in decades of leadership development research, that take you from who you are to who you're leading. Coaching that stays only in your feelings will leave you inspired and still stuck. Coaching that stays only in your tactics will get you the next role and leave you unequipped to carry it. I built a framework because you deserve both the depth and the plan — not one instead of the other.
