With over 30 years in higher education, I've watched countless people struggle to answer one simple-sounding question: "What do you actually want?" Ask it, and the honest answer is usually smaller than the person asking it deserves: "I just want a good job." Not because that's really all they want. Because somewhere along the way, they stopped believing they were allowed to want more.

I believe every one of us is uniquely gifted by God, created with purpose, and designed to thrive in alignment with His calling.

As a Christian woman who has served in ministry, I've sat with many people who quietly abandoned their dreams under the guise of "godly contentment" believing that because God can use anyone, anywhere, it didn't matter whether they ever stepped into what they were actually made for. That's true. God can use anyone, anywhere. But I've come to believe just as strongly that His design for each of us is not random. It's intentional. It's purposeful. And it's worth pursuing on purpose, not settling for by accident.

Armed with over a decade of academic study in leadership development and the growth of adults and organizations, I'm dedicated to helping people uncover their God-given talents and step boldly into their calling.
